SEO for Inktomi

what's new there?

With all the fuss around Yahoo switching over to Inktomi- I'm wondering, how different is SEOing for Inktomi than SEOing for Google?

I mean, I wouldn't like, coming Q2, to have a 30% drop on my traffic..

So good quality content and well designed site is the rule of thumb- but there's always more, as in Google.

Can anyone drop in tips as to what really is Inktomi search engine optimization?

Hi, flex55. Yep, there's a ton of stuff availble here. Here are a couple of threads to keep you busy for a while -

You can also check out the Paid Inclusion Engines and Topics [webmasterworld.com] forum. That's where most of the Inktomi discussion takes place.

[webmasterworld.com...] mentioned something about older sites doing better in inktomi but I do not think that is true. I have an newer site that is doing better than my older site.

Do you think we will see a new alg. from ink before they completely roll into yahoo?
