We set up a yahoo paid listing for a website over 2 years ago. The website has been offline for over a year now and I just got another $300 bill for the listing.
Does anyone know of a cancellation email or telephone number as we cannot get a reply from the the invoicing email address!
I have looked evreywhere on there website too!

Many thanks in advance! Mike

Anyone else think that's funny? (and I don't mean that your misfortune is funny at all, michaelbs)

It's funny that the $300 is supposed to be for a site review. If they even thought that were true, they'd have to admit to reviewing and deciding that a non-existent site deserved to be listed in their directory. (if the broken link is still in the directory, that is... guess I'm not sure.)

I can one up this one.

About 2 years ago we set up a Yahoo store, just testing link popularity.. We let it expire, and took out the CC info..

About 6 months ago, we added some domains to directory submission. Yahoo somehow correlated that the Store and the directory submissions were related to the same company, and charged 18 months of Yahoo store subscription to the CC...

I eventually got a telephone number!
If anyone else is going through problems like myself, here is the number:
