I submitted my commercial site for free, will it work?

I submitted my site to the regional->state->county->...->health->...specific listing

Directory. We are a commercial service appropriate for the directory. Is there a possibility of inclusion, or do I absolutely have to pay for business express?

If I get impatient and pay, is there a possibility of getting rejected for multiple submissions?

You are more likely to get a free listing there then in the general health>specific-cat.

There is no guarantee so you may just want to wait for 2 months and see what happens.

If you are in a rush I would suggest dropping the $300 and submitting your site to the general health>specific-cat and in the comments area tell them you would also like a listing in the regional->state->county->...->health->...specific listing

Again, even with the paid submission there is no guarantee, but at least you would know within 7 days.
