will yahoo take my aspx pages?

First time in here ..

Q: will SEs accept and rank my ASPX pages?, knowing that i made Default values for all my params inside all pages in case of no params are sent, so SEs spiders doesen`t have to worry about the [?&]

Is that a good technique or what?
