If I paid yahoo express in the yahoo espanol site, it is $199 for a one time submission into their directory for latin america, does the main yahoo directory also pick it up. Since it is for a site that I have in Peru. [espanol.yahoo.com...] here is the $199 site [add.yahoo.com...]

Presumably you are submitting a site in Spanish, so that would not go into the main Yahoo. It would however go into the several Spanish language Yahoos, which is very good.

I checked quite a few sites and if they are submitted to Yahoo Espanol they don't get rolled into Yahoo.com
If you get someone in Mexico to submit your site it does get rolled over to Espanol.Yahoo.com and it's cheaper.
