Please help me by pointing to the right forum, or to individuals who can give me some insights into this. I am looking for info beyond just the $$ numbers (which are publicly available)

Here are some of the things i am looking at:
how aggressive were the negotiations,
who was involved? Were there any overshadowing issues/background?
what other factors did the two sides consider?
was it all about money?
what kindof negotiating tactics were used?
were any face-saving things offered by either side?
which side did exceptionally well in this negotiation.. or was it really a win-win.
in hindsight, what could any of the sides have done better?
