lost in yahoo

I have been trying for days to get some kind of help/answers to a simple question "Why can't I load a picture onto my profile/ID (yahoo of course). No e-mail to be found,all I have been doing is going in circles and ended up with major headache. Can anyone help?

Hi, unfortunately it's very difficult to get through to Yahoo for any free service. None of us have any connection with Yahoo, but we might be able to point you in the right direction.
What Yahoo service are you trying to use?
