Yahoo sponsored advertisements

Does anybody have updated info?

I just noticed the adwords like advertisements on Yahoo. Read about it from earlier threads and someone suggested there that these are overture`s less paid advertisements. Though as I took a look at overture`s bid tool and compared the results on both SE-s, I didn`t find any similarity. Have you? Anybody has any updated info on this topic?

they are text ads from Yahoo adsales itelf. they offer some CPC and CPM solutions for them.

Thanks. I did some searching, but couldn`t find anything about their cpc. Can you direct me? I did find something about sponsored links, but these aren`t the same I think?

The CPC come thru Overture now YahoOverure ;-)

Yes on Yahoo.com, I see my Overture PPCs.

it's not just Overture listings that show at the top & bottom of results - I"m talking about other CPC options available via yahoo, they appear in yellow text boxes on the right of search results, sometimes with a logo graphic.

try a search for 'car insurance' and you'll see what I mean.

These yellow ones are overture ppc results or something else? because I don`t see any of mine and I wonder why?

I understand what you mean, but I meant that I didn`t find any info about their own cpc on Yahoo. Do I have to call the client support in order to get this info?
