Yahoo broken?

Odd error

So I tried typing a search string in to Y! and received the following error:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.
Return to Yahoo!

This came up on all the searches I tried with several different terms. Any ideas as to what might be happening?

quite simple, actually... something's broken access to their database or other servers... possibly a (D)DOS or msblast or something else... could even be something as simple as a bad routing table or even just a blown port in a switch... its even possible that the power outages got something...

Thanks wkitty42.. I've never seen that error before and thought that perhaps the virus brought them down.
