Yahoo!'s New Search Interface?

Hi, this is for the first time that I've seen this search interface from Yahoo. My apologies if this is old news.

Hm, that was brought out...few months ago? Don't remember the data, but it's a pretty neat page.

Now, if they would only have the courage to change that to their home page...;) I think they could take out a good % of Google's market share in a week.

Changing this look to their main page changes their whole approach/philosophy to gaining market share. Yahoo! owns so many properties now that is better off wielding its power as a portal rather than a pure search engine.

It's extremely hard for any company to beat Google in pure 'search technology'.
