Directory Listing?

I would like to cancel my directory listing?

Hello All

I have just read a post on these forums of what a serious waste of money the paid for directory listings.

I was one of those who was ripped off cica 2002 in July: I paid the $199 and expected much but got nothing in return.

Here comes the real frustrating part: I need to login toi cancel this recurring annual charge but I do not remember my password. The un-user friendly forgotten password system needs me to remember the personal details that I entered originally!

I do not have this information but need to cancel this recurring fee immmediately?

I think a phone call would be your best bet. Get a human on the phone and let them know the situation.

Thanks for the suggestion.I got a human on the phone and I seemed to have resolved the situation and cancelled the subsciption to the Y! directory.

Wonder how long it will be until there will be no more humans left to speak to for customer support?
