A couple of months back, my brother studying Electronics Engineering at a Bangalore college told me that Yahoo had come over there for campus interviews. Starting salary of Rs.40,000 per month. Not bad eh?

Rs 40,000/month = US$ 833.00 @ US$ 1 = Rs 48.00

Now if anyone has been to India.. they do know that for Rs 40,000.00/month you can hire a TOP grade person.. now if you were to hire only 100 such people.. you can end up increasing your productivity way higher while paying very little ;)

Good move Yahoo!
