Is this correct?

I have just attempted to cancel the yearly Yahoo! renewal fee for a website and a message came up saying 'we are unable to locate your order'.

The 'order' has moved into the 'inactive orders' section and the renewal date has disappeared. Has the order actually been cancelled?

Hi Sem4u, I wouldn't leave it at that if I were you. Call their customer service just in case. They are really tricky when it comes to that.

Just called Yahoo! and spoke to a human!

The listing has been cancelled by what I had done on their order management system.

You better make a print out. I cancelled a listing and they turned around and still charged my card. Luckily I had all my printed documents and was able to take it to the bank for investigation and Yahoo finally refunded my money.

I'm so mad right now!
I just found out from our accountant that we've been paying $50.00 per month for a Sponsor Listing that I cancelled a year ago! I have no proof that I cancelled it so I have nothing to argue with!
I am however going to cancel the listings for all of the other sites I manage.
Who really gets traffic from their directory anyway!?
