Yahoo Directory submission problem

I tried submitting my website to the directory using Yahoo! Express, but after going through the submission process, it said that my site was already listed in the directory.

I know that my site is not listed in the Yahoo directory because nothing comes up when i search for it. Is there anyone I can contact at yahoo to get help with this?

are you sure you are looking in the directory?

type in "url: your url" in the yahoo search box, then click search. then click on the link on the right of the page

"Search in: the web, directory, news"

if nothing I've found the best way to get ahold of somebody you need to is to call the marketing/advertising department. somebody from sales will always talk to you and reluctantly pass you along to the right department.

It's most likely listed somewhere, you'll have to dig to find it though. Make sure you're in the directory section, then sometimes you may have to drill down the category or maybe go through the source code of pages looking for your URL's.

I just searched again for our url and I still get no results under directory.

I know that in the past we paid for a sponsored listing, but we no longer have one. Could that be the reason why it thinks our site is already in the directory?

It appears that your site is being sponsored in Overture, but I also couldn't find it in the Directory section.

Maybe you could call them to request assistance?
