US versus UK listing

I read in the forum that a listing in the UK Yahoo directory will propagate into the US directory.

Is this correct, and does it mean that one only needs to spend one $299 to achieve worldwide listing?

And does anyone know if it works the other way round? UK->US?

Nick: It USED to work.... but I have recently found a couple of UK sites that are wallowing in the UK directory only.

I have to admit that I haven't submitted to Yahoo since they pulled the directory from the main search returns, so I could be mistaken. However, it is easy enough to compare like for like directories... if you see any entries in the UK that are not in the main (as I did), you have your answer.

You can decide yourself whether the money is worth it for just the UK section. In my markets, it certainly is not!
