Yahoo! Express--Help, please

I am trying to decide if it's worth the $299 to list with Yahoo!Express. I keep reading the FAQ about this and can't get my brain around it, is the real benefit expediting the review process or does this service do something for my site that would not normally be done by simply following the instructions for free listing?

P.S. My site would not technically be considered a commercial site, so I think I still have the option of not using Yahoo!Express.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

At this time I don't think Yahoo is worth paying for since their directory and directory results are so well hidden.

There have been several threads on this subject, and the general consensus seems to be to wait and see what Yahoo does.

I doubt that a directory listing today is worth the money in almost all cases.
