Can someone direct me to the page where I can submit my site for free on Yahoo?

It's in the footer of the category of your choice.

Navigate through the directory and click on the "suggest a site" link. You will then be presented with the options page for express submission or free submission. The free submission option is not available in all categories, only the non commercial section.

Fasheeze, I'm not following you - free submissions IS available in non-commercial categories, but NOT in commercial categories.
