Yahoo have get out clause in the Inktomi deal

All might not be as rosy in this acquisition as first thought.

Yahoo revealed tonight they have a get out clause in the INKT deal........INKT have to pay Yahoo $11.6m if the deal does not proceed.

I think this news raises more questions then answers and could very well leave INKT in no mans land.

I think it is unusual because one would think if Yahoo were the deal initiator they would have to pay.........makes me now think INKY went to Yahoo.

Yahoo just had the get out clause pput in if in due diligence found some nasties.

Might be quite normal but my money is on a major development coming from this...........and if INKT have to pay out $11.2m they will be gone.
