someone changed my yahoo password and changed my secrete question

I couldn't access my yahoo account today, because someone has changed my password. I can't get yahoo to send new password to my other account, because my password question has changed also. What can I do to get my account back, who should I contact?
please help me!

Don't changes to your account get sent to your e-mail? I wouldn't know... Yahoo! would be best place to search for the answer. It might be a while before you get an answer, especially if your account is a non-pay account.

I was in a similar situation a while ago and eventually rang the local Yahoo (I am in Australia) and they were able to help me reset my password after verifying my identity. You might want to try something like that.
