Problems switching between different versions of Yahoo mail

I've been using the beta version of the new yahoo mail for a few months and it was working perfectly. I tried to access my account on Mac at work using an old version of IE and it switched back to the old frames version. Now I can't insert addresses from my address book into messages and can't attach files. I looked for a link that would change my account back to the beta version but none was there.

Anyone have any ideas?
(Short of deleting my account and starting over.)

Hi jjr808,

WebmasterWorld specializes primarily in internet marketing issues. Other members may know more, but I know very little about Yahoo Mail.

Have you tried their help pages?
[help.yahoo.com...]

Also, I believe it's possible to contact them for help.

I hope this helps.

They only give you a chance to upgrade once in a blue moon, and the support is about as good. You may look at throwing a couple bucks down to upgrade. At that point you will get support. I don't think you will get much help with those bugs. :( I would just keep an eye out for the upgrade link, and try firing off an email to support like 2_much suggested.

I did email support, but no response. They may have actually fixed the problem though, because it just suddenly changed back. Thanks.
