Usually, Yahoo gives you 30 days to request a change to an accepted Yahoo express listing,

However in my case the listing was rejected. I appealed and it was ACCEPTED, however in the acceptance letter there was no mention of the 30 days to request a change (as i usually got for direct acceptance), I was wondering if anyone had this experience, it doesn't make sense that even if a listing was accepted on appeal, you should still have the opportunity to make a change to the actual listing after seeing it....

In my experience you should be able to request a change and have it accepted even if you got in on an appeal. As long as the change is reasonable and consistent with the site I don't see a reason why you wouldn't get it.

do you know if this request should be using the change request form or direct to the editor?

In my own experience I've had most change requests completed. I've only submitted from them from the change request form, but I suspect the editor may direct you there anyhow. Good luck Scorpion. :)
