we are #5 page rank, we want to get to #6 or #7 - how do we do this?

How about trying the 'Position preference' option where you can specify which position you want to be in.

I think I just wet myself after reading your comment. I can just imagine how many sticky mails you will get now from newbies.

Yes... I understand the new Google toolbar has the option for users to choose their pagerank.

I heard the upgraded version will also allow Adsense publishers to choose their preferred earnings per click... values range from $50 to $200.
