Google search results list, want more of our pages to show up

If the results that come back from a search with a certain keyword combination, only has one result that is on our website, how do i correct this? Id like to have more than one of our pages show up in this list. Meta tags? Title changes? give google a sitemap?

The current website is being redesigned. For now though, we have a keyword combination that only returns one page in the results. Its at the top of the list, but we want more of our pages in this list. How?
