Notice, the URL points to Google, yet the header and footer are of the company (a hospital) and yet there are no free ads on this page.

So, was this generated with some enterprise-level fix from Google, or is this a free version that has been customized?

I'd love to implement this on my website. Can anyone point me in the right direction to learn how to do this?

Google says: "(Google reserves the right to sell ads on all Google Free search results pages.)"

It doesn't say they will add advertising, but perhaps the hospital has special clearance to avoid being re-directed off site. ;)
