I have a content site that is 10 years old, very establsihed in google, ranks well. I make revenue serving adsense and am now starting to find some of my own advertisers.
The problem I have is :
The one advertiser I have taken on is UK based and only wants his ads shown to UK visitors.
While thats simple enough to do I am just worried about a possible negative impact on Google. Basically all that will happen is people in the UK will see exactly the same page as anyone else see's except they will also see a few adverts for UK visitors. I guess google wont see the adverts because they crawl from US IP's.
Funny thing is this is exactly what google does with adsense - they serve differnt ads depending on where u are in the world - so logically I know it should be okay but I dont wantto take any chances.
Anyone got any experience with this kind of stuff?
