I must remove a ' two year old ' cached page: how?

Why is google caching a page that is 2 year old?

Google's cache still contain my page of 2 years ago which has that block of keywords at the bottom and which got my site banned last month.

I've cleaned everything up and resubmitted my site. Will google replace the old page with the new one in its next crawl? Will google know that those keywords are gone?

Is there a way that I can remove/replace that old page from google's cache?

You say your site was banned, but if Google has a cache of it, it must be listed.

If it is listed, the bots should pick up the new html on the next crawl, due to start soon.

The results of the next crawl will probably show in about 4-5 weeks.
