How much would you pay Google

to tell you the dates of the update and deepcrawl?

How much would you pay Google to give you the dates of the dance and deepcrawl two weeks in advanced, and would let you know about any changes when the date would change? I would probably pay $10.00 a month for that info.

*Disclaimer: Obviously I don't work for Google. Just got this idea while watching all of us go bonkers wondering when the next dance will start.*

Heaps if it was exclusive to me!

Then i'd resell the info to everyone on this board and make a nice profit!
Hehe :)

That information isn't any real use to me...

I, personally, think that Google should be more open about it's crawler dates (deep crawl) and the estimated date of the dance in general.

There may perhaps be a value add they could 'sell' that would give you access to detailed information about your site(s) -- keywords, heads-up on 'issues' etc. that could be paid for by a modest yearly fee.

I would love to know what is and is not being regarded as relivant in my sites by Google. Perhaps that's something they can do (and automate!)

I bet Google themselves often can't predict the dates more than a few days in advance. Murphy's Law, "**** happens", and all that...

we know roughly* when they are coming up, that will do me, I wouldn't pay for that info, although there is other info I would pay for ;o)

Dazz

*roughly meaning the premature update posts always give us at least a week's notice ;o)

Nothing.

By the time the dance starts, you can't do anything about the outcome anyway. And going to all sorts of extra effort to get stuff in before the crawl is kinda pointless with freshbot.
