Can google follow all hyperlinks that are listed in a standard drop down menu form created in front page or do we have to set all internal links up another way in order to get google to follow them.

I remember that someone once replied to a thread that Google did in fact follow his links in a drop-down box.

I don't know how accurate this is, to be on the safe side add the links somewhere at the bottom of your page as well. Google will then find and follow them.

Google will not follow links 'in a standard drop down menu form'. Most Bots do not submit forms. For accessibility/usability proper links should be provided anyway.

I'm with Tartan75. Google doesn't follow this kind of links. If you use them for your navigation menu change it or use a site map.
