Can't find site in Google [webmasterworld.com]
Does Google penalize IP or domain name? [webmasterworld.com]

Yes i have had sites banned, and i know many others, all i can say is that 99% of all times you have NOT been banned!

And don't look blind at the toolbar, it can show a lot of things, it's been said the last days that Google is having problems showing the correct "toolbar PR" more about that at:
[webmasterworld.com...]

As long as your site shows up for searches you have probably not been banned.
