why is it visiting......

Hi

I have read that the freshbot usually visits sites which it deems to have frequently changing content. Are there any other reasons for Freshbot to visit because my site has been visited probably 70% of the time for the past 3 months and I have never changed the content. I have noticed that most of the other sites in my industry sector which are returned for the same search terms are also being visited by Freshbot. Does freshbot possibly visit selected sections of its index at a time?

And yes changing content, and high PageRank seems to be the 2 most important factors.
