It's already the 4th here. Surely it's gotta be part way through the 3rd in Google-land.

Im guessing its already been, but we have all been so slack in getting links and adding content this month, nobody noticed! ;)
Just me then? OK, I'll get my jacket.....

I'm assuming it's going to be on the 3rd.
Speculators said the 3rd, and people who say they have inside info also backed that up.

GoogleGuy stated yesterday 03/02/2003 "that we should still take a few days off". This was in addition to this original comment made on Friday. Doesnt look like it will happen for a few days.

How accurate are GG's past forecasts? Has he ever been a little off? Just curious. :)

Wiseman once say:

"Remember, a kettle will not boil if you are watching it and a phone will never ring if you're sit beside it, in anticipation of a phone call."

..or something like that.

GoogleGuy likes to be shrouded in mystery when it comes to updates. He never gives hard facts. What he said gave no guarantee that it won't happen today. He is really here to help people with Google and to make Google a better engine, not to make more work for the google tech team. Announcing the update puts pressure on the Google team about making target dates. I would rather have them work on a more usable index for the next month no matter the time.
