New site PR7 why?

We are in the middle of building a new website and it is no where near finished yet, it has no in coming links, this site has never been submited to google but yet i am getting a PR7 in the google toolbar does any one know the reason why this may be.

There is something wrong at the moment i have pr 8 for a site that is not in the index, and i think there is a post about this somewere

Take a look here --- [webmasterworld.com...] where others were reporting funny results, today. :)

I am now seeing the PR jumping around from PR3 to PR7 every time i press refresh, very strange.

Im getting an 8 on our normally 6 site.. Wishful thinking! :)
