And which is the best the best domain to buyer?

I would NOT be buying a domain specific to Googles algo.
look at it from all SEs perspective, combined with the user will think, and NOT forgetting what your actual site will be called and along with that, what "Anchor Text" will be included at places such as Dmoz and Yahoo.
there is a lot more to Google than a domain.
and
there is a lot more to a domain than Google.
there are many members here, who kick ass when it comes to driving traffic from Google, and there is NOT "keyword domain" in site (and for once I will include myself in that group).

car-sell.com would be the best option for google if you were targeting 'car sell' as the keywords..This is because when people link to your site as car-sell.com, you benefit from those keywords.
HOWEVER, more important is whether people can remember your domain off the top of their head and whether you can build your brand on that name. Something catchy, unusual, memorable is always going to be better and I believe hyphenated names should be a last resort as they are very unmemorable in my experience! Another thing to consider is that if you have a website like 'carsell.com' - you are probably wise to promote the title of the website as Car Sell. The two seperate words are far better than carsell as one word.
