I mostly work at the other end of things (helping Google to understand what the pages are about), but we have some reasonably high spending AdWords customers and they all seem pretty happy.

I was talking to a gentleman who works for Yahoo 2 days ago.He told me Be VERY carefull how you price the keywords.
One woman whom didnt know what she was doing, owned a Insurance Company , which you know are searched heavily worldwide and have common keywords....
Well she got a bill over $1000 for 1 day. It didnt say whether she picked up ANY clients (i doubt it)lol. Now thats the kinda lessons i like to learn from other peoples mistakes lol.

I added new ads for my current campaign with more targeted description as my previous description and keywords where too wide and my clickthru was very low. So far Google hasn't shown the new ads yet.
