Has it been determined whether there is a heiracy in the order of backlinks listed when link:domain.com is used?

If there are examples which cleary show a violation, please post the url. Otherwise there is no posibility to verify this.

Also a violation of the rule is not easy to show, because the exact PR as well as the details of Google's algorithm (this is probably not the original pagerank algorithm) are not known. However, something like a PR4 page is ranked higher than a PR6 would to be a clear thing.
