Have I incured a penalty?

My page has dropped

Hi, I have a web oage which I have worked quite hard on, however today i was checking to see if the google dance had occured. But my site wasn't indexed, the funny thing was all the files from the root directory were indexed, now none are, but my files at least one directory deep still exist.

I have always has a PR of 0 and still says that on the root directory.

Also when I do a cache view it gives me a prehistoric view of the page, its only a directory listing.

Have I been penalised? Banned?

Can anyone help me?

I would relax we are coming up on a update and we get funny stuff. Also if you are a new page you might gotten "fresh botted" in and now in limbo until the update. Give it a few days and then start to worry. ;)

As toddb says wait until the upcoming update has settled and then check again, there are always some strange goings on before an update.

Awesome! I always worry when I give that "wait and see" advice as it is so passive. But my personal experience was the same.
