All together it took less than 40 hours. I would like to say this is due to my well-balanced SE strategy but in fact I guess it was just very good luck and I will have to pay for it when I try to list my next site :))
The new site has a gray PR bar. Will any PR be calculated as long as only the 64-bot came by or will I have to wait for the next "real" update?
Thanks,
R D
In all likelihood Minty Refresh Bot picked you up for a refresh update and as such will need to wait for another monthly update (after this one).
There is a chance that your may be in this undate but I suspect unlikely.
The good news is Google knows the new site exists... so one more month will go by quickly. Be patience - and trying adding a few requested links to the site. The more you do while you wait - the more impressed you'll be when you do show up. ;)
I agree. The last deep crawl that will show up in the upcoming update was back around Feb. 6, so you won't see it until the update around the end of March.
You're listing may also disappear from the index from time to time - don't freak out and think you got banned or something, that's just the flighty nature of a Freshbot listing, and will stop once you get in through the normal update process.
I designed one site, and had it listed within four days. Another site which had been developed a month earlier, evidently put online just at the wrong time, took a full cycle to show up, with no fresh listing!
However, explaining to a site owner why one moment they have an excellent freshbot listing ( which always excites those with new websites ), and then no listing the next, can be an... educational experience.
Is there a google-astrologer in the house? ;o)
