The toolbar shows a PR for .cgi and .pl sites for the first time ever I believe. I knew that some sites were crawled and in the Google-database but never saw a display of Pagerank for those sites.
Can somebody confirm this?

It may be an estimate, not real PR. Are those pages cached?

Yep - sites have been in the cache for several months now and get spiderd monthly by the Deepbot and regularly by the Freshbot.
Itīs just that today the Toolbar shows a pagerank for those kind of sites.
