Transfering PR

Hi, I read some articles here about not transfering PR by javascript links and I'm still not 100% about this:

Does this link <a href=#something onclick="window.open('http://www.SomeSite');">Click here for SomeSite</a> transfer the PR to SomeSite? I hope not, does somebody know it for 100%? What should I use instead of that (please no robots.txt)?

Thanx men, Emko

Emkoo, that should not transfer the PR since googlebot does not read JS right now. But thats not going to always be the case. The only true way to make sure is to use robots.txt.

It has often been suggested that a full URI (i.e. one beginning "http://") will be crawled even in a script element.
