Grey toolbar for Weisstein's World of Mathematics

Anyone know when or why?

Having used Eric Weisstein's World of Mathematics extensively, I've just noticed that large parts of the site, including the home page, have a grey toolbar. I'm almost sure this is a recent development. Is there any way to discover when a site or page was first greyed out?

Does anyone have any specific information about why this site should have a grey toolbar? It's one of the Internet's premier math resources, with thousands of pages. And why would only part of the site be greyed out?

Finally, my site links extensively to the greyed out pages -- they're excellent, concise definitions of math terms. Should I be concerned about linking to greyed out pages?

It could be just a random glitch. The fqdn (wolfram) is still pr9. Sites do get dropped from time to time for whatever reason. I wouldn't worry about until the next update. Doesn't look like a penalty to me.
