Where are my fresh tags

Freshbot crawled the site

A three month old site was crawled by freshbot on the tenth and eleventh (its first deep crawl from 64.68.82.*). The pages crawled almost completely coincided with external backlinks that have recently been added from good pr pages. But while fresh tags are showing for the tenth and eleventh now in serps, these pages show none even when brought up with searches that would use link text from the new links.
I have a good idea what it takes for a site to receive visits from freshbot. In the past, however, I have always been able to count on a visit resulting in a reindexing of content. This is important because prior to the January deep crawl I made some sitewide changes which resulted in higher rankings but jibberish descriptions and overall poorer results. This is usually the type of thing freshbot will easily remedy.
Anyone have any ideas why it would be crawled but not indexed?
Thanks

If content is not changed there is a higher possibilty for the page not to show up, also Google does not always show "FRESH" tag next to the URL, it happens more and more that they don't show it.

Thanks, lazerzubb. These pages had been changed extensively. I had several images next to each other for which the alt text was similar and showing up as keyword, keywords, keyword.com in the description so I changed it on all pages. Plus, as the site is new I'm making changes and adding content several times a day. Several of the pages crawled were completely new and are still not in the index despite being crawled on the tenth and eleventh. There were no updates without tags since the descriptions still show my previous error.

I have a site that shows up in the top 5 with my main search terms. Nearly every other result in the top 10 show fresh tags. Mine doesn't. But interestingly, it is spidered by freshbot and when I do a allinurl:mysite I get fresh tags by the very same page.

Why does my index page get fresh tags in an allinurl search, but not in the SERP with my keyword search? Can anybody explain that?

I'm not complaining too much, I'm happy to be showing in top 5. I'm just trying to understand what is happening.
