Linking to home domain, & moving root folder

will it hurt PR?

Hi Guys,

If I've got all my links pointing to domain.co.uk, and I then set my root folder on the server to domain.co.uk/sub/sub/page.asp, is that going to hurt my PR.

Google certainly isn't mapping the links to it if I do a link check, and the PR drop on the tool bar hurts.

As I being adversely effected.

Dubya_J,

Changing paths on the server side that don't reflect in the URL will not affect anyone browsing the site, not even Googlebot.
