A 2 weeks ago google spider came to my page, so on my main page I have just PR1, subdir PR 0. Spider found all my pages (3500), so why I had low PR, any clue?

PR is totally dependent on links from other sites. Even your own internal linking does not pass on PR to other internal pages unless it has some PR to distribute!

If its a new site with no incoming links other than your own that Google has seen before, I'm not surprised at all.

So to get PR you have to wait until people link to you, Google spiders their site, and then respiders your site. .. or you can ask people to link to you.

Sounds like you have a new site? It takes a while for google to calculate your PR and will often guesstimate it, I suggest hanging on in their, keep building your external links and see what happens a few months down the line.
