When are to publish the next one? I've been watching the same date for the last five weeks...

No it's a monthly habit from what i can remember. I'm not sure how long it usually takes before they publish it, but i would give it a few more days. Overture normally takes 1-2 weeks before they update the "Search suggestion tool".
