Hello,
does anybody know the kind of date Google is searching for in the date field rsp. giving back sometimes on the results page? Is it the indexing date of that page by Google or the date of actualization of the webpage/website or something else?

What you see is a "Fresh" listing, it's the date of the day when the page was indexed, this happens to popular pages, and pages which changes content a lot, it's described very good in the thread below.
