Relation between pagerank and crawled pages?

Hi

I have a question about the pagerank.
Does it in any way affect the maximum number of crawled pages of my side?

We have a website with around 4000 pages and Google only has about 1200 in his index.

We have only a pagerank of 5 :(

Is there a relation between pagerank and crawled pages?
