I have a site that was doing well in google intil I updated it(I deleted the old pages and uploaded the new site)The site had a pr7 and I don't what to wait another month to get back in google. Should I change the IP? By the way, the site gets hit by googlebot almost everyday(: Thanks.

If you change your IP, you may be out for more than just 1 month, since Google is sometimes slow to update its DNS servers.

If your skite wasn't up when Googlebot was out and about doing its deep-crawl I'm afraid you'll just have to wait until the next dance.

I wouldn't make a move, just sit tight for the next update. I did and we're back to PR6.

I know it's difficult, but sometimes the more you fix the problem the worse you make the problem.

Hang in there! ;)

Thanks you two. Now if I can just get a answer for this question i'll be doing good. "I went to google to do a link search and when I put in www.wiget.com, I got back result for some other site. If I put my mouse over the "Find web pages that link to" part of the results, it has a different site in the(yellow little pop-up window thing). Its like the two sites have been linked together by google and counted as one(with the biggest one showing up for search terms and the other not) any clues?
