The ww sub-domain was in all likelihood setup to catch web surfer who mistaken type it instead of www. Your logs show it because someone had mistyped it and then ran a search which led to your site. Either that or the ww sub-domain is Google's homage to Webmaster World for this great resource.

They have www.gogole.com too!
I see both ww.google.com and www.gogole.com pretty often in my logs. Damn, my visitors can't even type correctly... :)
