Hi all,

I think you guess what happend to some of my pages. They got kicked out of Google and the only reason I see are long title tags - ca. 100 characters.

What are your experience? Where is the limit?

longest title I can find on my site, and it is a page that ranks well in the SERPs is 170 characters.

That ain't it.

it could be that google just missed those pages for some reason.

Google happily ignores your title beyond a limit of somewhere around 60 to 70 characters.

.... the pages worked fine - for the whole week.

I'm currently reworking the tags.
Do I have to wait for the next dance to see the possible reappearance?
