I am currently struggling with a new design for my site... it looks very good and has excellent nav now. Trouble is, I have sacrificed a lot of the text on my page to HTML code and also since there is a lot more HTML my pages will be around 35k in size with a pretty low text to HTML (about 10% I would think). Will this effect my SERPS any?

Standby for differing oppinions.

I think code/text ratio is an algo factor, others will dissagree.

Also the more complex the code (HTML and JS etc) the more likely that a spider will trip up and not complete the task.
That is not complete the page retrieval and not read all the outgoing links.

These are my oppinions and cannot be backed up by observations or evidence.
